We are very excited to welcome distiller Dan McNeill for a fabulous tasting of locally produced spirits!
We will start with a tasting of all of MISCellaneous’ locally sourced and produced spirits with an array of set and passed hors d’ouerves. This will be an informal meet and greet with Dan to get an understanding of the distilling process.
Then sit down to a 4 course tasting menu featuring specialty cocktails created by mixologist Alex Grandinetti.
First course: Virtuous Vodka Oyster Shooter
A “deconstructed” Bloody Mary Oyster Shooter. Wild Bay Oysters on the halfshell topped with creamed horse radish & cocktail sauce with Virtuous Vodka.
Second Course; Risky Rum Kiwi Mojito
Served with Rockfish/Kiwi Salsa tacos.
Third Course: Dew Point Rum Martini with Caramel, Bacon & Maple Syrup
Local Pork Loin Schnitzel with bacon maple rum sauce served over a warm bacon/potato/spinach salad.
Dessert: Restless Rye Whiskey Root Beer Float
Created with homemade Madagascar Vanilla bean Ice Cream with Organic Maine Root Beer.
This event is limited to 46 guests. Pre-paid tickets must be purchased in advance. You can call Bud’s and reserve with a credit card, send a check or pick your tickets up at Bud’s. Tickets are non-refundable after April 9th but transfers are no problem.
This is a set menu but advance changes for food allergies or sensitivities can be made with notice by April 9th. To modify an individual menu please speak directly to Ken.
Tickets are $85 per person inclusive of gratuity with $20 being donated to MISCellaneous’ April charity partner Habitat for Humanity.
