Mid-week Game Dinner June 27th – June 30th

This week we will feature a 4 course dinner featuring Wild Game. This dinner is served for two and includes a Chef’s Choice Bottle of Wine.

Start with stuffed Semi-boneless Quail with Goat Cheese Grits or a Sausage sampler of Elk/Pear Sausage and Bison/Chipolte Sausage.

Followed by a green salad with Orange Vinaigrette and pulled leg of Duck Confit.

Then enjoy a mixed grillfor two with Wild Boar Chops, Venison Chops and Bison Hanger Steak served with asparagus and wild mushroom Risotto.

Choice of desserts to finish.
$110 per person plus tax and gratuity.
