Seafood Extravaganza!
 
Tuesday, November 27th to Thursday, November 29th
(This menu will not be finalized until Monday, November26th due to availability and freshness.)
We will be featuring fresh seafood from the Pacific, Atlantic and of course the Bay!
There will be a minimum of 15 dishes ranging from Chesapeake Bay Oysters 3 ways to Pacific Ahi grade Tuna.
Crawfish, shrimp, crab and rockfish!
All pricing will be ala carte and if you mention our ad in the Carroll County Clipper Magazine
you will receive a 20% discount on all seafood extravaganza menu items.

($90 per couple)
First Course (choice of):
Stuffed semi-boneless Quail stuffed with wild rice & Itlian sausage
or
Wild Boar sausage & Pheasant sausage grilled and served over warm potato salad
Second Course (choice of):
Grilled Ceasar salad
or
House salad with Rabit Rillette
Third course:
 A 4 ounce filet of Elk
4 Wild Boar Chops
A 4 ounce filet of Kangaroo
Served for 2 with vegetable of the day, mashed potatoes and Hunters sauce.
