Private Corporate Retreats

Toasted Ciabatta bread topped with lump crab meat and
Imperial sauce and melted mild cheddar cheese.

Large shrimp, day-boat sea scallop & jumbo lump crab sautéed
with caramelized onions & mushrooms in a lightly seasoned
cream sauce over a seasoned baked phyllo sheet.

Fresh natural Jerk seasoned pork served
with zesty, chilled tomato chutney.
