Here is a quick list of the positions here at Bud’s.  While we may not always be hiring we are always accepting applications to help build the best staff we can!

Front of the House (FOH):                                                                                          

Bus Person – entry level, part time, flexible hours, most weekends a must to work.

Back Waiter – some experience needed.  (Many of our Back Waiters have started out as Bus People) Must have good communication skills. Some flexibility on scheduling but must be available for most weekends.

Waiter – Must have experience with wine & alcohol service. Need to know basic drinks and liquors.  Must be able to open wine and be knowledgeable about food.  Some flexibility on scheduling but must be available for most weekends.

Back of the House (BOH):                                                                                              

Dishwasher – entry level, part time, flexible hours, most weekends a must to work.  This is a great way to learn the ins and outs of a Professional kitchen.  As a dishwasher you will learn basic kitchen skills such as knife skills, correct food handling procedures and correct stock rotation.   Many of our Line Cooks have started out as dishwashers!

Line Cook – Some experience is needed.  Basic knife skills, ability to work independently and good communication skills are essential.

Sous Chef – hands on, able to create.  Take pride in your work. Able to coach and teach. Yup, that’s what it takes.
