Since
May, 2008 "Bud's at Silver Run" has been creating a great dining experience in Carroll County. Situated in
an old farm house (circa 1870) that some say is haunted, Bud's invites you to enjoy great dining in a casual, friendly atmosphere.
Chef/Owner Ken Lurie has integrated Bud's into the community working with local Farmer's
for menu specials as well as highlighting local wineries. Bud's has also worked with a number of non-profit organizations
including HSP, C-Cash, RCIS and many others hosting on and off premise fundraisers.
Ken brings more than thirty years of varied restaurant experience with him to Bud's. From
learning under Karl Beckley at the Greenlake Grill in Seattle to Food & Beverage Director of the Virgin Grand in the Virgin
Islands Ken feels right at home here in Silver Run.
